What is EFT?

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a process of unwinding obstacles and habitual patterns while gently tapping on specific acupuncture points. The process releases the underlying negative patterns associated with emotional, psychological and physical ailments. This simple and direct method is efficient and profoundly effective.

By guiding you to tune into your own inherent wisdom, long-held negative beliefs are identified and cleared. Obstacles are removed, affording you the opportunity to let go of the “story” behind the difficulty.
